What You’ll Do

✅ Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction flows that make complex streaming technology simple and accessible
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support product development
✅ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and users to translate business goals and technical requirements into seamless user experiences
✅ Evolve and maintain Axual’s product design system and visual identity across all product touchpoints
✅ Develop and document reusable UI patterns, components, and guidelines for efficient scaling
✅ Turn technical concepts and event streaming data into clear, engaging, and actionable visualizations
✅ Provide UX input on product strategy, feature design, and roadmap initiatives.
✅ (Bonus) Explore original micro-interactions, motion design, or illustrations to enhance usability and delight

Who You Are

🔹 A creative thinker with a strong portfolio of UX and product design work, ideally in B2B or complex tech environments
🔹 You understand user-centered design principles and craft experiences with the end-to-end user journey in mind
🔹 Skilled at collaborating with product managers and engineers while balancing usability with visual consistency
🔹 Organized and self-motivated, you manage multiple design challenges and iterations with ease
🔹 Curious about technology and eager to dive deeper into event streaming and data-driven products
🔹 Open to feedback, user testing, and experimentation to achieve the best product experience
🔹 (Nice to have) Experience with micro-interactions, motion design, or data visualization
