Head of Growth – Build the Engine, Drive the Pipeline, Scale the Impact
Axual is entering an exciting new phase of European expansion, and we’re looking for a Head of Growth to build and lead a performance-driven marketing function from the ground up.
If you love experimenting, testing, optimizing, and turning insights into measurable pipeline results, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth.
In this role, you’ll lead our in-house marketing team (Content Marketeer + Graphic Designer), work directly with the CEO, and own the end-to-end growth strategy, from awareness to qualified pipeline.
🎯 What You Will Own
Growth Strategy & Funnel Performance
✅ Design and execute CRO experiments across website, landing pages, and lead flows
✅ Build and optimize ABM journeys targeting key industries and decision-makers
✅ Define and manage lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and automation workflows in HubSpot
Campaigns & Performance Marketing
✅ Run and continuously optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Bing) with a focus on CAC efficiency and pipeline contribution
✅ Align tightly with Sales to ensure campaigns drive quality and intent, not just volume
✅ Partner with the Content Marketer to turn positioning and messaging into high-performing campaigns and assets
Automation, Analytics & Website Performance
✅ Transform the website into a conversion-focused growth engine
✅ Own HubSpot automation architecture, lead routing, and nurturing sequences
✅ Build dashboards and performance reporting to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates
Leadership & Execution
✅ Lead and coach a Content Marketer and Designer, aligning creative output with growth goals
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product on GTM priorities and execution
✅ Report directly to the CEO, owning pipeline growth and marketing performance
✅ What You Bring
🔹 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
🔹 Proven success running CRO experiments, optimizing paid media, and driving pipeline-focused campaigns
🔹 Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation tools
🔹 Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and experimentation loops
🔹 Experience collaborating with Sales and Product to align growth initiatives with GTM motions
🔹 A leadership mindset: you love guiding others while staying hands-on and execution-driven
Nice to have:
⭐ Experience in data infrastructure, event streaming, integration, or iPaaS software
⭐ Familiarity with SEO, interactive demos, or product tour tooling
⭐ Fluency in Dutch (optional)
